19th century farmhouse with later additions
Prior to our clients’ ownership, the property had been extended multiple times over a number of decades, resulting in an awkward layout and a mishmash of architectural styles. Additionally, it had been left empty for several years in the run up to the sale and, as a result, had fallen into a state of disrepair. Following our coordination of a full programme of refurbishment to include asbestos removal, damp proofing and extensive alterations to the internal layout, we set about creating a comfortable family home that would withstand the practical challenges of family life for many years to come.
